Every fee below was read out of a governing document by the program, not by a person. The citation is real and the source is archived — what is unconfirmed is the parse. A misread cell produces a number with a perfect citation attached, which is more dangerous than a placeholder, so nothing here counts as verified until you open the source and say so.

Ordered by dollar impact × evidence weakness. A figure that is both large and read off a live web page outranks a larger one read off a stamped regulator filing. Confirming the top row is worth more than confirming ten at the bottom.

Getting decisions back into the repo. Export writes a verification-decisions.json. Drop it in the repo and run python tools/ingest_decisions.py <file> — it promotes confirmed lines from extracted to verified in the schedule YAML and appends every correction to the misread record. The repo stays the source of truth; nothing here writes to a server, and nothing lives only in this tab.
