Python ↔ JavaScript parity

The estimator exists twice: Python for the CLI and reports, JavaScript so the site computes instantly in the browser. This replays every golden vector produced by the Python engine through the JavaScript one and diffs them line by line.

Regenerate vectors with python tools/export_web_data.py, then reload this page.
